So I have a big decision to make and I'm torn. I'm torn over the love that I have always wanted verses the new love and the commercials with their cool new music that always seduce me. I am of course talking about the Blackberry vs. iphone.
Its time for me to get a new phone. I am an adult now and decided that I want an adult phone. The place where I work everyone has blackberrys..so I kinda want one to fit in and I've always wanted one. But then the iphone came out and its cool and has apps and looks all sorts of amazing.
The phone I have now is the Samsung Behold and to be honest I hate it. I have had it a year and am on my 3rd one. The touch screen doesn't work very well the Volume sucks and I am always having to baby it to get it to work. My Dad does have the iphone and I can attest that touch screen on it is much more accurate.
But...I have always had BB envy..I have always wanted one..I think part of it to me signifys to me "adult" they just look so sleek and everything too.
The iphone is just so pretty....I mean need I say more?
All those aps, the music, the cool factor?
The other problem is that I have to pay internet for the phone..its $30 so not that much for a single gal but it is a slight adjustment to my monthly budget. It's something to consider.
So this is where you guys come in I need your honest opinion.
Those who have BB & iphone what do you love, what do you hate. Do you think the internet is mandatory?

I love having internet on my phone! Sometimes I feel like it's a waste of money, but most times I just love it!
Everyone I know that doesn't live here loves their iPhones. AT&T service around here is terrible. I'm also not an apple fan, I don't know why, I'm just not. I have never heard anything bad about a Blackberry! Does that help? Probably not haha!

I am a major apple fan.
BUT
I would suggest getting the Droid.
It can do everything the iPhone can do, PLUS more. You can get GPS on it, so you don't have to get one for your car.
Also I have like 20 friends who have blackberry's and they hate them. My dad calls it a crackberry. He can't get a full touch screen one because he is a truck driver and the combo is dangerous.

I don't have a smart phone but I wish I did! When my contract is up in September I'm either staying with AT&T and getting an iphone or switching to verizon to get a droid.

I'm getting the iPhone this summer after the new one comes out June/July. It will have new features and stuff I want :) I think most people will agree that a phone just isn't a phone anymore. It is your connection away from home. My hubs owns a BB and likes it better than my current Moto Q but he still wants an iPhone. His BB is his work phone so if he caves for an iPhone it will be his personal one. My only drawback is I will switch from Verizon to AT&T. I guess AT&T is getting better but I have always loved my Verizon.

So, I have a blackberry for work and I love it, but I do a lot of work emailing from it and like having the qwerty keyboard. But, for personal use I really want an iPhone, I just can't justify the cost since my work phone is gratis! (& I think I'm going to invest in the iPad and then I won't need an iPhone, since I do think Verizon is wayyyy better than AT&T)
Have you already decided (since I'm commenting way late?) did you chose?
